Programs for your travel to Egypt are numerous, according to the diversity of places and the richness of the Egyptian history and nature.

So, Acacia Travel is offering for the classical tour of Cairo and upper Egypt two basic programs then adding two or three nights for the Red Sea, whether Hurghada or Sinai, or cruising Nubia from Aswan, or the oases of the eastern deserts of Egypt.

Please note that days in Cairo can be less or more than mentioned, while days of Nile cruise are usually a minimum of 3 nights starting from Aswan, or 4 nights starting mostly from Luxor and a maximum of 7 nights starting sometimes from Luxor and other times from Aswan.

Arrival at Cairo airport, visa and customs procedures.Then transfer to the planned hotel in Cairo.


Day 2, SATURDAY: CAIRO

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the Giza Plateau and panoramic visit of the complex formed by the pyramids of Cheops, Kefren and Mikerinos, pharaohs of dynasty IV. Symbol of Egyptian culture, they are located on the city limits, on the edge of the desert. Day 4, MONDAY: CAIRO - LUXOR VISIT THE KARNAK AND THE LUXOR TEMPLE

Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Cairo airport to take the flight to Luxor, arrival in Luxor and departure to visit the monumental complex of Karnak, with its impressive hypostyle room made up of 134 columns. Another of the great artistic beauties resides in the interior and exterior ornamentation of the walls, based on offerings and consecrations, and descriptions of battles and conquests. Its good state of preservation allows a better understanding of the organization of the other Egyptian temples. Return to the motor ship. Lunch on board. Going up the Nile we reach Kom Ombo. Stop at Kom Ombo and visit on foot its temple located on a hill. It is dedicated to two deities: Sobek, the crocodile god, god of fertility, and Haroeris, the great winged sun disk. Day 8, MONDAY: ASWAN - KALABSHA TEMPLES - CAIRO

Breakfast and disembark. Visit the Temples of Kalabsha, Kertassi and Beit El Wali: The Kalabsha temple is the largest in Nubia after the Abu Simbel Temples. It is dedicated to the god Mandolis. The Kertassi Kiosk is considered the "Nubian Gem". The Temple of Beit El Wali is a commemorative chapel made by Ramses II. Return to the hotel, accommodation.


Day 11, SUNDAY: CAIRO - AIRPORT

Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, transfer to Cairo airport to take the flight back to your point of origin. End of the trip and end of our services.
